mixed together all dry ingredients in large bowl

mix together peanut butter and rice syrup. microwave 30 seconds, then mix - repeat 2 times

add vanilla to liquid mixture

add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. mix with wood spoon and/or hands

press firm into lightly sprayed pan

let cool 30 min then cut into bars. wrap bars in plastic wrap
