1gently saute the onion, garlic, seasonings and pepper in the olive oil in a large pot. Add the ground turkey and cook thoroughly. Add the canned ingredients and simmer. the spices, peppers and gralic can be tweeked to fit your personal taste. We like it a bit hotter than this recipe.
