1Preheat the oven to 350. Beat the egg in a large bowl, then add the oil and agave syrup. Add the milk, almond meal, baking powered, salt, and dried cranberries and blend just until smooth. Fill the mini muffin cups with 1 tablespoon. Bake for 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
