In a medium bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add in condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate leftovers. (Tip: After purchasing ingredients, keep can of pie filling in fridge so it''s already cold when you top the pie.)
