Mix EVOO, cooking wine, sea salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic in a pan and heat.

Pre-boil chicken (or stir-fry with water) until no longer pink.

Add chicken to the oil mixture and cook, stirring occasionally.

Boil water and cook spaghetti. Continue to cook chicken in oil mixture until spaghetti is done.

Drain pasta; return drained pasta to its original pot.

Add bread crumbs to oil/chicken mixture; mix well.

Pour oil/chicken mixture over cooked pasta and stir until pasta is well-coated.

Serve with a side-salad and whole wheat garlic bread.
