Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix EVOO, cooking wine, sea salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic in a pan and heat.
3Pre-boil chicken (or stir-fry with water) until no longer pink.
4Add chicken to the oil mixture and cook, stirring occasionally.
5Boil water and cook spaghetti. Continue to cook chicken in oil mixture until spaghetti is done.
6Drain pasta; return drained pasta to its original pot.
6Add bread crumbs to oil/chicken mixture; mix well.
7Pour oil/chicken mixture over cooked pasta and stir until pasta is well-coated.
8Serve with a side-salad and whole wheat garlic bread.
