Spread 1 C of prepared spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan. Lay 4 uncooked noodles on top of sauce; spread 1 1/2 C cottage cheese over noodles, sprinkle 3/4 C shredded mozzarella and 1 TB parmesan cheese. Lay another row of noodles and spread with 2 C sauce; gently pour 3/4 C water over sauce. Lay a third layer of noodles; repeat cheeses. Lay final layer of noodles, spread with 2-3 C sauce and remaining water. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour @ 375*
