Wash apples, core and thinly slice into a small mixing bowl.

Add lemon juice to apples and coat.

Add sugar and cinnamon to apples, mix well.

Place half of the apple mixture in one of the ramekins(spray with cooking oil before), and place other half of mixture in other ramekin.

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.

Add butter and cut into the dry ingredients with a fork until it resembles crumbs.

divide topping in two and place on top of apples in the ramekin. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 30 min. (the ramekins I use are 7oz size.)
