I used left over grilled chicken and brown rice, so they were already cooked.
Dice chicken and place in a large mixing bowl. Add rice, soup, water, milk, and thawed/warmed vegetables. Stir all ingredients together then place in a 2qt greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
