Combine All purpose flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Combine wheat bran and oats.

Combine Milk and Coconut milk and mix with wheat bran/oat combination.

Mash the beans.

Combine beans, applesauce and mashed banana.

Beat eggs and sugar.

Combine eggs, sugar, beans, banana and applesauce.

Combine all ingredients except fruit.

Fold in fruit.
