large (2-3/4" dia) (approx 2-1/2 per lb)peachs, peeled and sliced

cupsescarole, washed and cut bags

ouncesfeta cheese, herb and garlic

tablespoonscanola oil
Steps
Sequence Step
1Toss shrimp into 1 tbsp olive oil and grill for about 2 minutes on each side.
2Cut peaches into 8 wedges per peach; grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute per side.
3Toast pecan pieces.
4Simmer tea on low heat until reduced by 2/3 and cool, (DO NOT LET BOIL).
5Add reduced sweet tea, honey, mustard, and vinegar and whisk.
6While stirring slowly add oil to emulsify.
7Toss mixed greens with Sweet Tea Vinaigrette, and season with salt and pepper.
8Top greens with shrimp, peaches, feta cheese, and pecans.
