Mix water, honey, and salt with half of the flour. Add yeast. Add rest of the flour 1/2 cup at a time.

Allow dough to rise 1/2 hr in warm area.

Divide into rolls, place in greased pan.

Allow to rise another 30 minutes in warm area or until rises over pan edges.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
