1preheat oven to 350 degrees. line muffin tins with paper liners and set aside
2in a small bowl, soak oats in milk and set aside.
3in a larger bowl, stir butter, sugar, banana, egg and vanilla together. stir in flours until well incorporated.
4slowly stir in oats, milk and walnuts until uniform in texture.
5fill liners half full.
6bake 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
