1Combine 8 cups of the flour, the honey, oil, yeast and water in the bowl of your mixer. Let sponge for about half an hour. Add remaining ingredients and knead till you can pull a good pane in the dough. Shape into loaves and place in pans, let rise till about double. Bake in 350 degree oven about half an hour, till loaves sound hollow when tapped on the bottom. Temperature should be 205-210.
