1Mash bananas in mixer then add all other ingredients to mixer. Mix well and then pour into muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees. allow to cook on cooling rack before enjoying! You can also prepare as loaves of bread. Substitute loaf pan for muffin pan and cook for 35-45 minutes on 350 deg or until toothpick comes out clean.
