1Preheat oven 350 F. Mix eggs, brown sugar, applesauce, peanut butter and vanilla. Add protein powder, oats, flax meal, salt and baking soda. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets. 6-8 per sheet. Bake 10 min.
