Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan.

Combine first five dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Cut in margarine into dry ingredients with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.

In a small bowl blend eggs with a fork.

Add milk, eggs, and vanilla into the large bowl with the other ingredients.

Stir with a fork or large spoon until well blended.

Pour 2/3 of the batter into the greased pan.

Top batter with the blueberries.

Spoon remaining batter over the blueberries.

Bake for 35 - 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 30 minutes.

Optional - After cake cools, blend powdered sugar, almond extract and enough milk to for a drizzle consistancey.

Drizzle the sugar mixture over the cake.
