Brown the ground turkey and add the onion, pepper and garlic. Sweat the vegetables for a few minutes.
Add liquid and all of the remaining ingredients.
Simmer for about 2 hours.
If you feel it is too thick at any point, add water or more stock.
Salt and pepper to taste.
