Place chicken thighs in a foil lined oven-proof dish. Salt and pepper each thigh. Pour your liquid mixture over chicken, turn to coat.

Place chicken in the oven for 40 mins or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Baste the chicken halfway through with more sauce. Let the chicken rest for 5 mins before serving.
