1Put vinegar, water, and mustard in a jar that has a secure lid and shake well to thoroughly dissolve mustard. Then add oil and remaining ingredients and shake well again. Store in refrigerator and shake well before using. It will harden when refrigerated and will need 5-10 minutes at room temperature to re-liquify. 1 Tbsp = 1 oil serving
