Sequence Step
1Bring pot of water to boil. Mix egg and water in measuring cup with fork. Mix in ham, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into a 1 pint or 1 quart freezer zip lock bag. Put bag in boiling water and boil for 13 minutes. Remove bag from water, unzip and slide omelet onto plate.
