1Combine brown sugar and water in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until sugar is dissolved.
2Add salt and vanilla to sugar mixture and mix well
4Spreat granola mixture over an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 275 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
