Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine egg, vanilla, honey, oil and brown sugar.
2Combine peanut butter, oats, salt, chocolate chips and coconut.
3Add egg mixture to oats mixture. Stir to combine.
4Transfer sticky mass to a parchment lined 9 x 13 inch pan.
5Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until browning at edges.
6Cool 10 - 15 minutes. Cut into bars while still warm.
