1Melt chocolate with honey, corn syrup and margarine. stir in vanilla.
2combine peanut butter with remaining ingredients.
3stir melted chocolate mixture into blended oats mixture.
4spread into a parchment lined 9 x 13 inch pan.
5bake at 325 for 10 minutes.
6cool in refridgerator completely before cutting into bars.
