1Roast bell peppers. Peel and remove stems and seeds. Place bell peppers in large pot. Peel and slice potatoes and add to pot. Add garlic and chicken broth. Simmer on medium high until potatoes break easily with a fork.
2Puree with blender (stick or upright). Add salt and onion powder to taste. Serve hot.
