Recipe Description Just tried it. Newer version of old favorite. Great for summer because you don't need to turn on the oven. I am serving it with a rotissere chicken from the grocery store.

Sequence Step
1In large bowl combine all veggies and soup. Mix sour cream and flour and stir into veggies. Toss stuffing crumbs with butter and place half in slow cooker. Add veggie mixture and top with remaining stuffing.
2Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serves 4 to 6
