Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 640 ounces ham, chopped 480 ounces potatoes, new 12 quarts milk, 1% with added vitamin A 40 ounces Velveeta 80 ounces american cheese 100 ounces cheese sauce, school commodites USDA 3 cups Corn starch 3 cups (8 fl oz) water Steps Sequence Step 1 Mix milk and cheeses together in kettle. Simmer until combined. 2 Mix together corn starch and water and add to sauce.
