1mix together ground flaxseed meal, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder in small bowl. stir in 1 T. coconut oil. Beat in egg and water until blended.
2grease micro safe glass plate or pie pan with coconut oil. pour in batter and spread evenly. microwave on high for 2 to 3 min. or till cooked. let cool 5 min. and remove from plate with spatula.
