Steps
Sequence Step
1Measure warm water (the temperature that you would take a nice bath with) add the yeast and sugar; let sit apx 5 min
2Turn oven on 200 degrees and when preheated turn it off
3Measure all the flours, xantham gum, salt
4measure in a seperate measuring cup the oil and honey
5after thoughly combining the flours, combine the honey/oil mixture into the yeast,sugar, water mixture. Then slowly add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture while the mixer is going. Make sure it is thoughly combined (it will look like spackeling)
6Put into a greased (with olive oil) loaf pan and put in the oven for 1 hour
