Put 4 yeast packages in warm water with 1 tsp sugar. White bread can be used with 12 cups of flour. Put 6 cups of whole wheat flour and 6 cups of almond flour in a pan with 5 tsp of salt,1/2 cup sugar substitue and 1/2 cup oil in flour. Add 6 cups of water and the yeast cakes. Mix well for 30 minutes. Let raise for 1 hr, push down and let raise again then make into loaves. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mintues, then 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
