1combine olive oil, onion, and garlic in a saucepan cook over medium heat until onion is translucent (approx. 5 min.) softened
2Add quinoa, all spices and chicken stock
3Bring to a boil
4Reduce heat to medium-low, cover
5cover for 20 minutes until tender
6add chickpeas pine nuts and raisins
7Serve warm or cold
