Steps

1Finely dice smoked salmon.
2Finely chop or grate onion.
3Add smoked salmon and onion to softened cream cheese in 3 parts and mash in with fork until incorporated.
4Line a cereal bowl or other container similar in shape and size with plastic wrap.
5Add salmon spread to bowl, making sure that there are no air pockets.
6Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
7Finely chop parsley.
9Remove plastic wrap and coat the spread completely with chopped parsley.
10Plate and serve with crisp bread, crackers,baguette or crudites.
