Brown ground turkey in a skillet using black pepper and chili powder to taste. Boil sweet or hot Italian Sausages in 2 cans of beer for 45 minutes. Slice sausages. Put both sliced sausages and browned ground turkey in a large (40qt) stock pot. Dice onions, bell peppers (red, green, orange, yellow), jalapeno peppers into the stock pot. Open all canned ingredients and add them to the pot. Stir together. Pour beer used to boil the sausages into the pot. Add remaining chili powder and black
