preheat oven to 450 degrees

spread olive oil on one side of tortilla and place oiled side down on cookie sheet

spread sauce over entire torilla

place peperoni on top of sauce then sprinkle ham, sausage, peppers, and onions on top

sprinkle cheese to cover

put in oven and bake for 10 minutes

remove from oven and allow to cool for a couple minutes cut into pieces and enjoy
