Heat Olive Oil on low

whip egg to mix and set aside

Measure breadcrumbs and set aside in small bowl. Measure seasoning and set into separate small bowl.

Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel

Dip pork chops into egg mixture and then into breadcrumbs to coat.

Sprinkle with mixture of seasoning on both sides.

Lay breaded/seasoned pork chops carefully into hot oil.

Sautee chops till lightly golden. Do not cook through.Flip to sautee the other side and then remove from heat and place into a small dutch oven.

40 Minutes before serving place chops into oven at 325 degrees. Place lid to dutch oven on pan so that it is open partially.
