Butter or grease pan, place in oven and allow to preheat to 425 F .

Mix cornmeal,flour,baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt together. Stir lightly to mix ingredients.

Melt butter, allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes.

Mix, melted butter, eggs and buttermilk together.

Mix dry and liquid ingredients together.

Remove preheated pan from oven and pour batter into the pan.

Place pan in the oven for 15 minutesand then remove.
