Steps
Sequence Step
1Trim the ends off of the green beans.
2Blanch the green beans by placing in boiling water for 5 minutes and then removing and placing in ice water for an additional 5 minutes.
3Mince the garlic.
4Chop the fresh mint.
5Add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and mint into a plastic container with a lid.
6Add the green beans to the liquid mixture.
7Place the lid on the plastic container and shake vigorously.
8Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes up to overnight.
9Shake well before serving.
