1Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, then spread evenly to make a 1/4 inch thick paste on non-stick sheets. Dehydrate 1hr at 140F, reduce to 110F and continue for 8hrs. Then turn over the bread, peeling off the non-stick sheet and dehydrate for 8 to 10 more hours on the dehydrator screen. The bread should be dry but still flexible.
