Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gease two 9" x 5" loaf pans.

In large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar using an electric blender.

Mix in the vanilla and coconut oil.

Mix in the eggs.

Mix in the apples.

Mix in the dry ingredients.

Carefully fold in the blackberries.

Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes
