Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gease two 9" x 5" loaf pans.
2In large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3In medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and sugar using an electric blender.
4Mix in the vanilla and coconut oil.
5Mix in the eggs.
6Mix in the apples.
7Mix in the dry ingredients.
8Carefully fold in the blackberries.
9Pour batter into loaf pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes
