stir toghether 1 c brown sugar,1/2c ap flour,1/2oats,in a bowl.cut in butter till coarse set aside.

in a large bowl mix 1/2c sugar 1/8c ap flour,1 tsp cinnamon 1/8tsp salt add apples

put in pie shell sprinkle with crumb topping cover edge of shell with foil bake @375 25 min

remove foil and bake 25 to 30 min more drissell pecans and carmel topping while hot
