Steps
Sequence Step
1Add broth, garlic, and beef to pot. Begin heating on high while preparing vegetables.
2Wash and dice onion, carrot, broccoli, squash, zucchini, turnip, and parsnip. Add all ingredients to the stock pot.
3Bring pot to a boil and then reduce temperature to medium heat and simmer for 1 hour
4Add milk and velvet a, stirring until completely incorporated. Season to taste.
