Steps
Sequence Step
1Chop celery and onion, sautee them in the pan in the oil
2Once softened, add chicken broth, 2 cups of water, yogurt, both potatoes, bay leaf, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil.
3Once potatoes are softened, puree in a blender and return back to pot. Add broccoli and cheese. Simmer till heated through.
