Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
2In a small bowl, beat the egg, bananas, apple sauce and vanilla extract.
3Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
4Fold in zucchini.
5Transfer to muffin pans coated with cooking spray.
6Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
7Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
