Blend flours, salt and baking powder until combined.

Add in remainder of ingredients. Mix until blended.

Preheat oven to 350F

Spoon into paper-lined cupcake cups until about 2/3 full

Bake for 18 minutes or until they test done. Do not over-bake - it will make them dry!
