Mix oats, coconut, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds together. Toast in oven.

Blend canola oil, brown rice syrup and vanilla in small saucepan over low heat until well blended.

Stir dry ingredients into oil mix until blended. Add salt and chocolate chips.
