Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 1 can (15 oz) black beans 1 can, 15 oz (303 x 406) corn, canned, drained 1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 large eggs 1/3 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free o 1 1/2 can rotel tomatoes and chilis 10 oz 1 1/4 pounds ground turkey 12 teaspoons Taco seasoning, McCormick-1 packet 4 1/2 fliud ounces water Steps Sequence Step 1 brown meat 2 add taco mix with water, bring to boil, then simmer for 5 minutes 3 add tomatoes, corn and tomatoes, simmer another 5 minutes 4 mix corn muffin mix according to instructions 5 pour meat mixture into casserole, top with corn bread mix. bake till corn muffin topping is done/according to corn muffin recipe (400 degrees for 15-20 minutes)
