Steps

1preheat oven to 350 degrees
2combine first 6 ingredients - stir with fork to elminate lumbs
3Combine eggs, coconut milk, vanilla and vinegar in separate bowl... whisk together
4combine both bowls, mix until smooth
5pour in parchment lined or greased bread pan
6bake for 35-45 minutes
