1In a bowl mix together dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl mix egg and oil. Combine the wet with the dry until well blended. Form dough into small balls. Place parchment onto baking sheet. Place dough balls on parchement. Place second piece of parchment on top of dough balls. Roll out until 1/8 inch thick. Remove top parchment piece and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
