1Preheat oven 350. Grease and Flour 9x 5 loaf pan. Mix the dry ingredients together, set aside. Cream the butter and sugar in large bowl. Add egg and milk, stir to blend, add dry ingredients, stir in dates and nuts. Pour in pan, bake 45-50 min. Cool 5 minutes before turning out on rack.
