In a large stock pot heat a stick of butter over medium heat.

Wash and chop celery, pepper, and onions and throw into butter. Saute for five minutes.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces throw into pot. Saute for 5 minutes.

Chop brats into bite-size pieces (I prefer spicy brats)throw into pot and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.

Add chicken broth - bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to simmer and allow to cook for 35 minutes.

Throw in cooked rice.

Finally add cooked shrimp. Allow to simmer an additional 5 mins. Then serve.
