mix yeast in warm water and 1/3 teas. of sugar. Allow yeast to work.

Heat milk to near scald.

mix milk, oil, salt and 2 teaspoons sugar. Allow to cool to yeast temperature.

Add yeast mix to Milk mix.

Sift flour. Add Flax seed meal.

Stir flour mix into milk mix. Stir well till blended. Batter will be thin. cover with towel, place in warm locate and allow to sit and raise for 30 minutes.

Heat griddle to 300 degrees. set out 9 rings. Spray with cooking spray. Ladle batter into the nine rings, about 1/2 cup per ring. cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip. Cook for another 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

cut in half with a fork and toast. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
